Before Installing WITSend™, you should be aware of a few requirements that we recommend your system have.  WITSend™ may work with systems lacking the requirements given here, but we cannot support WITSend™ running on those systems.

Software Requirements

• Microsoft Windows 2000/XP/Server 2003 (May work on 98 and/or ME, but these operating systems are not supported)
• Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 (with Service Pack 1)
• Internet Explorer 5.01 or Above with JavaScript enabled.

Hardware Requirements

• 700 MHz clock speed processor (1.4 GHz Recommended)
• 256 MB RAM (512 MB Recommended)
• 6 MB of available primary hard disk space for program files
• 500 MB of available hard disk space for data cache (1 GB Recommended)
• 56 Kbps Internet connection (Broadband Recommended)
• Video output capability: 640x480 pixels, 16 colors (1024x768 pixels, 32-Bit color recommended)
• Mouse or other Pointing Device with at least 2 buttons
